Keystone Villas is our newest 55+ community currently under construction in Spokane Valley. The first homes are anticipated to be ready for residents beginning in August 2026, with additional homes completed in phases as the community continues to grow.
Keystone Villas will feature a thoughtfully designed mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. The one-bedroom homes introduce a brand-new floor plan that we have never offered in our previous communities, designed specifically for residents looking for a comfortable and efficient living space. Homes will be arranged in triplex and fourplex buildings, creating a smaller neighborhood feel while maintaining privacy and convenience. The community will also include an on-site clubhouse, providing a welcoming space for residents to gather, socialize, and enjoy community events.
